    <font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Did you finish Gettysburg? If so, I have just finished the second book, Grant comes east. It's interesting in that Robert E. Lee is starting to have moral issues with the south's position on slavery. I think it's setting up for emancipation in the south in the next book.

    The fact that they had not only a fully functioning but envied hospital system for that part of the world before sanctions and the gulf war kind of takes the wind out of the sails of his suggesting that we are helping iraq via our invasion of thier country.

    Please note that I am not saying that sanctions were wrong, just that with respect to it's infrastructure iraq was one of the best in the region before we and the UN stepped in.
